Cancellation by the tenant
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (by email or registered letter). The following costs apply, calculated on the total rental amount:
Cancelling more than 30 days before arrival: the tenant pays only the already paid deposit/advance payment.
Cancelling less than 30 days before arrival or in case of non-arrival (no-show): the tenant pays 100% of the total amount (rent and additional costs).
Cancellation by the landlord
In case of cancellation by the landlord, all already paid amounts will be fully refunded. This refund constitutes the full compensation; no additional damages can be claimed.
